We at crs Facility Services, LLC
are committed to providing comprehensive
new employee orientation and
training. This training is conducted in
the effort to maintain consistent and
accurate procedures, and is documented
to ensure that policies are understood
and to maintain the highest level of
safety and awareness among our staff.
New employees will receive one-on-one
training on the different cleaning
methods and procedures for Green
Cleaning which will consist of:
1-Chemicals
A. The proper use and dispensing of
Green Chemicals
B. Proper
procedure for disposing of Green
Chemicals after use
2-General Cleaning
A. Color Coding-All microfiber tools
will be color coded for the exact
application as designated by the
Supervisor - For example, blue
microfiber for glass cleaning, red
microfiber for restroom cleaning, and
green microfiber for general cleaning
B. Same procedure
will be followed for hard floor care
microfiber products
3-Paper and Restroom Products
A. How to identify Green Seal
products
B. Proper procedure for
dispensing of Green Seal paper products
C. Proper stocking of paper
products that are green
D. Knowledge of when to pull and
replace toilet paper roll
E. Proper usage of chemicals for
surfaces requiring cleaning
4-Equipment
A. Training on equipment appropriate
to the employee’s assignment-Dust
control burnishers for hard floor
specialist, backpack HEPA vacuums for
zone and utility cleaners, and Smart
Bucket microfiber restroom kit for
restroom specialist
5-Documentation
A. Training of new and existing
employees will be documented and filed
for future reference
B. Follow up program for ongoing
training as green products become more
prevalent
