Introduction

When the management team of crs evaluates your facility, we count restroom fixtures, establish square footages for each different type of floor surface, etc. in order to come up with a plan to effectively clean. How we clean is referred to below as our system. The constant evaluation and re-engineering of the system is the core of our Quality Management Program (QMP).

We believe that a true ‘QMP’ successfully addresses two key issues – the physical cleanliness of your facility and how that cleanliness is perceived by its occupants. Only when both parts are measured, with improvements made from accumulated data, does a true quality system exist.

The difference between crs and other service providers is the quality of our management people and the quality of our management systems.  We will prove to you that our proactive approach identifies defects to correct before you the client become aware. However, when something is called to our attention, be assured that we do not need to be told twice!
