Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction measurement is the second piece of the process (quality), and a key in determining our success at your facility.  We recognize that constant and effective communication with our customer enables us to learn how the services we provide are perceived and gain information that will improve our cleaning process.

crs commits to manage the resources at our disposal in such a way to improve customer satisfaction and reduce the number of cleaning complaints.  The application of our Quality Management Program will serve as the basis for improving both customer satisfaction and cleanliness
