Inspection Program

The crs Inspection Program establishes the groundwork for us to proactively manage the continuous improvement process.  We analyze the condition of your facility to identify areas of concern, and change the system accordingly to prevent dissatisfied customers and cleaning failure.

This process provides information on cleaning trends, which allow us to answer questions like the following:

1.  In quantitative terms, how clean is the facility overall?
2.  What specific actions should crs implement to increase performance and customer satisfaction?
3.  Which defects are impacting quality the most?
4.  Where should we focus our training efforts?

During the transition phase, our management team will establish specific work sections for your facility that correspond to our proposed staffing.  During a typical inspection, an equal number of audits take place in each work section.  As a result, not only do we have data on overall facility cleanliness, but we also have data on each cleaners specific performance.
