Statistical Management

Our inspection findings are used to improve quality.  In order to continually benchmark our progress, we have to keep score of our successes and errors.  We do this by carefully observing and counting what we do right and where we have concern in our cleaning operation.  Our objective in keeping score is to constantly improve our system to reduce errors and increase successes.  We do not keep score to cast blame on our cleaning crew - only to identify system breakdowns that provide the foundation for further training.

A performance measurement summary report is generated monthly.  This report identifies and measures specific quality data.  Throughout your facility, individual areas (rooms) are graded by task.  This performance data is combined to provide an overall score.  Within this overall score, individual employees areas are graded to generate an employee performance score.
