Before co-founding crs facility services, Paul Carr developed his industry experience over 20 years of janitorial service industry tenure. Previously serving as Senior VP/Branch Manager for one of the country’s largest, privately-held service firms, Paul shares his depth of experience and corporate knowledge base with crs.
A champion of crs’ business goals, Paul represents both accountability and follow-through, continuing to elevate crs’ industry reputation.
Tony has been a team member of crs since 2003 and is LEED accredited and also a Registered Building Service Manager.
In his current role as Senior Vice President of Client Services, Tony oversees client satisfaction by identifying value-added services, nurturing relationships, and conducting cleaning inspections for quality control measures. In other capacities, he coordinates RFP responses, prepares proposals, participates in bid walkthroughs, and supports operations.

Ben brings a wealth of experience having served in both relationship development and account management roles across multiple industries throughout his career specializing in both commercial real estate and industrial clients.
As Vice President of Client Services, Ben develops and nurtures relationships with building owners, property managers, corporate facility managers and tenants. He also oversees client satisfaction by routinely visiting clients, conducting cleaning inspections, and addressing both current and future needs.

Jose is a top-performing operations management specialist with over 25 years of experience in the janitorial industry.
As Vice President, Director of Operations for crs, Jose coordinates Operations for all Northeast region client locations locations. He communicates daily with ownership and VO's of Client Services. He also directs the activities of 4 Operations Managers.

Barrie has worked in sales, PR and marketing for over 22 years, servicing clients both through agency and in-house roles prior to joining crs.
As a business development specialist, she is highly skilled at implementing strategies to increase and develop key account relationships and identify growth opportunities.
In her role as Director of Business Development, Barrie cultivates relationships with new and existing clients, supports marketing and communications outreach and develops and delivers RFP responses and proposals.
