Our inspection findings are used to improve quality. In order to continually benchmark our progress, we have to keep score of our successes and errors. We do this by carefully observing and compiling what we do right and where we have concern in our cleaning program. Our objective in keeping score is to constantly improve our system to reduce errors and increase successes. We do not keep score to cast blame on our cleaning crew, but to identify system breakdowns that provide the foundation for further training. It also provides data which is used to reward employees for their outstanding performance.
A performance measurement summary report is generated monthly. This report identifies and measures specific quality data. Throughout your facility, individual areas (rooms) are graded by task. This performance data is combined to provide an overall score. Within this overall score, individual employee areas are graded to generate an employee performance score. Performance reports help us increase accountability and improve internal training.
